
Ingredients:
• 8 cups Popped Popcorn
Caramel Sauce:
• 1 cup Light Brown Sugar
• 1 cup Sweet Cream Salted Butter
• 1 tbsp. Vanilla Extract
• 1/2 tsp. Baking Soda
Instructions:
Pop the popcorn in a pot in hot oil or use microwave popcorn.
In a saucepan, add in the brown sugar, corn syrup and salt, bring to a boil, stirring occasionally about 4 minutes.
Remove pan from the heat and add in vanilla extract and baking soda, stir well.
Place the popcorn on wax paper baking sheet and pour the caramel sauce over popcorn coating on both sides.
