Banana Muffins

The best banana muffins is moist and delicious for breakfast or brunch or snack.

Ingredients:

• 1 1/4 cups Self Rising Flour

• 1 cup Sugar

• 4 Ripe Bananas, mashed

• 1 Egg

• 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract

• 1/2 cup Vegetable Oil

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and greased a muffin pan with cooking spray.

In a mixing bowl, add in the flour, sugar and mashed bananas, mix well.

Add in the vanilla extract and oil, egg, mix well combined.

Pour the batter into muffin tins and bake for 20 minutes until light golden brown. Cool for 10 minutes and serve
