
Ingredients:
• 2 tbsp. Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
• 2/4 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
• 2 cups Rolled Oats
• 2 cups Granulated Sugar
• 1/2 tsp. Salt
• 1/3 cup Milk
• 1/3 tsp. Vanilla Extract
Instructions:
In a saucepan over med high heat, add in the sugar and cocoa powder and milk, butter,bring it to a boil, stirring occasionally about 1 minute.
Remove from heat and add in peanut butter and oats, vanilla extract, mix well combined.
On a parchment paper lined baking sheet, scoop the batter into the baking sheet and let cool until batter harden.
