Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

These oatmeal raisin cookies are chewy inside and crispy around the edges.

Ingredients:

• 2 cups Rolled Oats

• 1 cup Raisins

• 1 cup Self Rising Flour

• 3/4 tsp. Ground Cinnamon

• 3/4 cup White Sugar

• 3/4 cup Light Brown Sugar

• 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract

• 1 tsp. Salt

• 2 Eggs

• 1/4 cup Butter, melted

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and greased a cookie sheet with cooking spray.

• in a mixing bowl, add in the flour, oats and raisins, sugar, brown sugar, salt, cinnamon, mix together. Then add in vanilla extract and eggs one at time, mix well combined.

Use a cookie scoop, scoop cookie batter into a cookie sheet and bake fo 15 minutes. Let it cool for 10 minutes before serving.
