
Ingredients:
• 4 Potatoes, peeled and diced
• 10 Cooked Bacon, crumble in pieces
• 1 cup Onion, chopped
• 1/3 cup Flour
• 3 tbsp. Unsalted Butter
• 4 cups Chicken Broth
• 1 cup Sour Cream
• 1/4 cup Heavy Cream
• Salt and Black Pepper to taste
• Toppings: Bacon crumbles, cheese and green onion
Instructions:
In a crockpot, add potatoes, chicken broth, onions, salt and black pepper, cook on low for 6 hours.
Add in the sour cream, heavy cream and butter, stir until combined.
Serve in bowls with garnish bacon, green onion and cheese.
