
Ingredients:
• 2 cups Self Rising Flour
• 3 Eggs, at room temperature
• 1/2 cup of 1 stick Unsalted Butter, softened
• 1 1/4 cup Granulated Sugar
• 1 cup Sour Cream
• 2 tbsp. Fresh Lemon Juice from one Lemon
• 1 tsp. Lemon Zest from one Lemon
• 1 tbsp. Vanilla Extract
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and greased a baking loaf pan with cooking spray.

In a mixing bowl, add in granulated sugar, sour cream, vanilla extract and lemon juice, beat well electric mixer until combined.

Add in the flour, butter, beat well.

Add in the eggs one at time, mix well.

Add in the lemon zest, stir together.

Beat well using a electric mixer until combined and fluffy.

Pour the batter into a loaf pan and bake for 45 minutes until light golden brown. Let it cool for 10 minutes before serving.
