Pumpkin Pecan Bread

Pumpkin pecan bread is moist and flavored with pumpkin puree, pecans.

Ingredients:

• 3 cups Self Rising Flour

• 3 cups Sugar

• 1 tsp. Ground Cinnamon

• 1 tsp. Nutmeg

• 1 can Pumpkin

• 1/3 cup Chopped Pecans

• 3 Eggs

• 1/4 cup Water

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and greased a baking loaf pan with cooking spray.

In a mixing bowl, add in the flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, sugar, pumpkin, mix well.

Add in the eggs, water, and pecans mix well. Pour the batter into baking loaf pan.

Bake for 45 minutes until light golden brown. Let it cool for 10 minutes before serving.
