Jack-O’-Lantern Cake Pops

These cake pops looks like Jack-O-Lantern with chocolate flavor .

These Jack-O-Lantern cake pops is so easy to make with chocolate cake mix and frosting with orange food coloring. To make the eyes and mouth is to use black fondant cut outs.

How to make fondant

It takes 4 ingredients under 20 minutes to make.

Very simply recipe is made with marshmallows, powdered sugar, water and shortening in a bowl and place the it in the microwave for 20 seconds, stirring. Pour in the mixer and add black food coloring, mix well combined.

Then take a rolling pin to roll out the fondant to flat surface until smooth, even finish. Cut out the eggs and mouth with a knife.


Jack-O’-Lantern Cake Pops

These cute Jack-O-Lantern cake pops are be perfect for Halloween party.

Ingredients:

Cake:

• Box of Chocolate Cake Mix

• 2 Eggs

• 1/2 tbsp. Vegetable Oil

Frosting:

• 1 store brought Vanilla Frosting

• 1 tbsp. Orange Food Coloring

Black Fondant

• 1lb. Mini Marshmallows

• 2lbs. Powered Sugar

• 1 tsp. Water

• 1 tbsp. Black Food Coloring Gel

Instructions:

Cake:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and greased a baking pan with cooking spray.

In a bowl, mix cake ingredients until combined and pour in the baking pan. Bake for 45 minutes until toothpick inserted comes out clean. Let it cool for 10 minutes and crumble cake in a bowl and roll each cake into small balls.

Frosting:

Take the orange food coloring about 2 tbsp. inside the store brought frosting, stirring until the orange is mix in the frosting.

Foudant:

In a bowl mix the ingredients and place in the microwave until is fluffy.

Assemble:

Take cake ball place on a lollipop sticks and frost it and add black fondant cut outs.
