
What’s the best potatoes to use?

The best potatoes to use is Russet potatoes. Scrub and clean the potatoes and bake in the oven, rub oil all over the potatoes. Bake at 425 degrees for about 1 1/2 hours until done. Take the baked potatoes and let cool for 15 minutes.
Then cut each potatoes in half and scoop out the center. Place the center into a bowl will use later in the recipe
Bake the potato skins in the oven for 15 minutes with oil.
What’s the filling mixture?
• Cooked Bacon Pieces about 4 bacon
• Shredded Cheddar Cheese about 3 cups
How to make it
• In a bowl add potato center, cooked bacon and cheese, stir until combined.
• Scoop potato mixture inside the baked potato skins and rebaked for 15 minutes until cheese is melted.

• To store leftovers is in the fridge in airtight container with lid and it will last up to 4 days.

This recipe is so easy and quick with few ingredients.
Ingredients:
• 4 Potatoes, baked
• 4 Bacon, cooked and cut into pieces
• 3 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Instructions:
Bake the potatoes in the oven and take it out of the oven. Slice the baked potatoes in half and scoop out the center and place in a bowl. Place the potato skins in the oven bake in oven again about 15 minutes.
In a bowl mix potatoes, bacon and cheese until combined. Scoop the mixture inside the potato skins.
Bake for 15 minutes until cheese is melted. Let it cool before serving.
