Blueberry Bread With Lemon Glaze

This Blueberry Bread is moist and flavored blueberries with lemon glaze.

Ingredients:

Blueberry Bread:

• 1 1/4 cup Self Rising Flour

• 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter, melted

• 1 cup Granulated Sugar

• 2 Eggs

• 1/2 tsp. Vanilla Extract

• 2 tsp. Fresh Lemon Juice from one Lemon

• 2 tbsp. Fresh Lemon Zest from one Lemon

• 1/4 cup Milk

• 1 cup Fresh Blueberries.

Lemon Glaze

• 2 tbsp. Fresh Lemon Juice from one Lemon

• 2 tbsp. Butter, melted

• 1/2 tbsp. Powdered Sugar

• 1/2 tsp. Vanilla Extract

Lemon Glaze

• 2 tbsp. Fresh Lemon Juice from one Lemon

• 2 tbsp. Butter, melted

• 1/4 cup Powered Sugar

• 1/3 tsp. Vanilla Extract

Instructions:

Blueberry Bread

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and greased baking loaf pan with cooking spray.

In a mixing bowl, add in the flour, sugar, butter, beat well with electric mixer. Add in the milk, vanilla extract, and lemon zest, lemon juice, eggs one at time, beat well until combined. Stir the fresh blueberries.

Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.

Bake for 45 minutes until light golden brown and let it cool for 10 minutes.

Lemon Glaze

In a bowl, mix together all the ingredients and pour the glaze over the blueberry bread. Garnish with blueberries and lemon slices.
