
The best coconut macaroons are light soft inside and crispy on the outside.
Ingredients
• 1 package of Shredded Coconut
• 3/4 cup Flour
• 1/2 tsp. Salt
• Sweetened Condensed Milk
• 2 Tbsp m Vanilla Extract
Instructions
• Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line baking sheet sheet with parchment paper.
• In a mixing bowl add in the coconut, flour and salt, mix well.
• Add in the milk, vanilla extract using clean hands mix well.

• Place on baking sheet using a cookie scoop and bake for 15 minutes until light golden brown and coconut is toasted.
