The Ingredients
For The Crust:
• Melted Butter
• Granulated Sugar
• Butter
Pie Filling
• Egg Yolks
• Sweetened Condensed Milk
• Lime Juice
• Lime Zest
• Whipped Topping, Sliced Lime & Lime Zest to garnish on top
How To Make It

The Crust:
• In a bowl mix melted butter and sugar together. Mix in the crushed graham crackers.
• Spread the crust evenly and press into pie pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 5 minutes until light golden brown. Cool for 5 minutes before adding the filling.

For The Filling:
• Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
• In a bowl, add in lemon zest, lime juice and juice.
• In another bowl, beat egg yolks until thick and light yellow using a electric mixer. Then pour in the sweetened condensed milk beat on low speed.
• Add in the lime zest and lime juice into the filling, beat on low speed until combined.
• Pour lime filling in the crust and bake for 10 minutes. Let it cool for 5 minutes.
• Garnish with whipped topping and fresh lime slices.
How To Store
• Store the lime pie in the fridge until ready to serve.
• Store leftovers in airtight container in the fridge will last up to 4 days.
• You can also store lime pie in the freezer. Let it cool completely and wrap it in tin foil or freezer bag this keep prevent getting freezer burn. It can be kept in the freezer for up to 3 months.

• 1 1/2 cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
• 1/3 cup Granulated Sugar
• 6 tbsp. Butter, melted
Key Lime Filling:
• 1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk
• 2 Egg Yolks
• 3/4 cup Fresh Lime Juice from one Lime
• 5 tbsp. Butter, melted
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and greased a pie pan with cooking spray.
In a bowl mix melted butter and sugar together. Add in the graham cracker crumbs and press into a pie pan.
Bake for 8 minutes and let cool for 25 minutes.
Key Lime Filling
In a mixing bowl, beat the egg yolks until thick and light using a electric mixer on low speed. Pour in condensed milk beat on low speed.
Add in the lime juice and lime zest, mix well combined. Pour in the cooked crust.
