There are three meats is best options for making this recipe
• Chuck Roast
• Rump Roast
• Bottom Rounds
In this recipe I use chuck roast in this recipe.
The Ingredients:
• 4lb. Roast
• 4 Potatoes, peeled and diced
• 3 Carrots, peeled and diced
• 1 Onion, diced
• 1 packet of Pot Roast Seasoning Mix
• 1 tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
• 2 cups Water
• Salt and Black Pepper to taste
How To Make Crockpot Pot Roast
• First pat dry the roast with clean kitchen towel and rub with salt, black pepper. Then place the roast in flour. Place the roast into a skillet with hot oil, sear for 3 minutes on both sides. Take sear roast out of the skillet place into a crockpot.
• Add in potatoes, carrots and onions and pot roast seasoning mix, water. Turn crockpot on low heat and cook for 8 hours.
Storage Tips:
Store the leftovers in an airtight container and fridge for up to 3 days. You can freeze the pot roast for up 3 months.

This crockpot pot roast is easy to make and the pot roast will come out juicy and tender.
Ingredients:
• 4lb. Chuck Roast
