This cheese ball recipe is so easy to make with cream cheese and spices

What’s cheese ball made of?

The cheese ball recipe is made with cream cheese, sour cream, cheddar cheese , onions and Worcestershire sauce, hot pepper sauce, garlic

What’s coating made of?

The coating is 2 ingredients chopped pecans and chopped parsley.

How do you store the cheese ball?

Store the cheese ball in the fridge or serve immediately. You also can freeze cheese ball with wrapping it in plastic wrap and then wrap aluminum foil, it freeze up to four weeks and day before thaw in the fridge overnight.


How To Make Cheese Ball

Ingredients:

• 8 oz. Cream Cheese, softened

• 1/4 cup Sour Cream

• 2 Green Onions, chopped

• 1 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce

• 1 tsp. Hot Pepper Sauce

• 1 tsp. Dried Parsley Leaves

• 1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder

• 1/2 tsp. Dried Oregano Leaves

• Black Pepper to taste

• 2/4 cup Pecans, finely chopped

• 2 cups Sharp Cheddar Cheese, grated

Instructions:

In a mixing bowl, add in cream cheese, mix and add in the cheese, onions, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, parsley, garlic, oregano and black pepper, mix well combined.

Now take clean hands and form a round ball. Roll cheese ball on a plate of pecans coated both sides.

Cover the cheeseball with plastic wrap and refrigerator until ready to serve or overnight. Serve.
