Baked Cheesy Meatballs Casserole

This baked cheesy meatballs casserole is made with homemade meatballs smothered in tomato sauce and cooked spaghetti covered in cheese.

The baked cheesy meatballs casserole is perfect meal to serve with a salad and garlic bread. The whole family would love this one pot meal and it’s cheesy with meatballs and spaghetti, marinara sauce topped with melted cheese.

Homemade Meatballs Recipe

The best meatballs recipe to use in this recipe.

The ingredients:

• 1lb. Ground Beef

• 2 Eggs

• 2/4 cup Italian Breadcrumbs

• 1/2 tsp .Onion Powder

• 1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder

• 1 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce

• 1/4 tsp. Salt

• Black Pepper to taste

Mix all the ingredients in bowl and shape it in a ball form and bake in oven at 350 degrees for 30 minutes until browned.

Can I use frozen meatballs?

Yes you can. Thawed the freezer meatballs out before using. Bake them in oven according to package directions.

Homemade Marinara Sauce

This homemade marinara sauce is best to use for any pasta recipe.

Ingredients

• 2 canned Tomatoes

• 1 Cloves Garlic, minced

• 1 tsp. Olive Oil

• 1/2 tsp. Fresh Basil

• 1 cup Water

In a pot over med high heat, add in ingredients and stir, let it simmer until thickened.

What’s the cheese topping?

The cheese topping is Italian blend of shredded cheese. The cheeses are mozzarella, provolone and parmesan cheese to add in the sauce for cheesy flavor to the dish.


Baked Cheesy Meatball Casserole

This recipe is a one pot meal to serve with salad and garlic bread.

Ingredients:

• Meatballs Recipe ( read above)

• Marinara Sauce Recipe ( read above)

• 1lb. Spaghetti

• Shredded Italian blend Cheese, Mozzarella and Parmesan Cheese

Instructions:

In a pot of salty water, cook the spaghetti until al dente, drain.

In a bowl mix together meatballs recipe and form into a ball. Set aside.

In a saucepan, cook the marinara sauce until thickened.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and greased baking dish with cooking spray.

Place the meatballs into the baking dish, add in cooked spaghetti and pour marinade sauce over meatballs, and topped with cheeses.
