Pineapple Upside Down Cake

This pineapple upside down cake is made cake mix and slice of pineapples.

What’s the cake made of?

The cake is made with yellow cake mix, pineapple and cherries, eggs, vegetable oil.

How to store the cake?

To store the cake at room temperature for 2 days in cake stand and in the fridge for 4 days and freeze it for 6 months.

How to reheat cake?

Reheat the cake in a 375 degree oven until warm about 4 minutes.


How To Make Pineapple Upside Down Cake

Ingredients:

• 1 box of Yellow Cake Mix

• 2 Eggs

• 1/2 tsp. Vegetable Oil

• 1 can Sliced Pineapple, drained

• 8 Maraschino Cherries, stem off

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and greased cake pan with cooking spray.

In a mixing bowl, mix cake mix, eggs and oil together.

In the bottom of cake pan place pineapple slices separate each other and add cherries into pineapple slices.

Pour the cake batter into pan and bake for 45 minutes until light golden brown. Let it cool for 10 minutes before serving.
