Place the baked breadsticks in the freezer in airtight container with parchment paper between layers and keep in freezer up to 3 months.


How To Make Garlic Breadsticks

Ingredients:

Breadsticks

• 1 package Yeast

• 1 cup Warm Water

• 3 cups All-Purpose Flour

• 2 tbsp. Sugar

• 1/4 cup Butter, melted

• 1 tsp. Salt

Garlic Seasoning

• 1 1/4 tsp. Garlic Powder

• 1/2 cup Melted Butter

• 1/2 tsp. Oregano

• 1 tsp. Salt

Instructions:

In saucepan ,add in butter, melt the butter and let it cool.

Now add in the yeast and 1 tsp. sugar, 1/2 cup warm water, stir together with whisk until foamy about 5 minutes.

In a bowl of stand mixer with paddle attachment, pour the yeast mixture and add remaining water, sugar and add in 1 1/2 cup flour. Beat until mixture forms a smooth batter.

Add in the melted butter, salt and 1 cup flour, continue beat on low speed is dough form. Attached the dough hook. Add in more flour and knead the dough with dough hook until it form a small ball.

Transfer to dough in a butter bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Set the dough in warm space let it rise about 1 1/2 hours.

After the dough has risen and now punch it down with clean hands. Divide the dough into 12 pieces and let it rise for 10 minutes and take a rolling pin rope the dough onto parchment paper lined baking sheet. Lightly butter each breadsticks.

Cover with plastic wrap and let rise again about 30 minutes

In a bowl, mix together seasoning ingredients and sprinkle on the breadstick dough brush with butter.

Bake the breadsticks in oven at 400 degrees for 10 minutes until golden brown. Sprinkle with garlic and butter. Serve immediately.
