Snowball Cookies

These snowball cookies are made butter cookies with chopped nuts and rolled in powdered sugar.

The snowball cookies are made with flour, butter, vanilla extract and salt, powdered sugar, walnuts.

The snowball cookies will last up to one week in airtight container for up to one week at room temperature.

Place the snowball cookies in airtight container and freeze it up to six months.


How To Make Snowball Cookies

Ingredients:

• 2 cups Flour

• 1/2 tsp. Salt

• 2/4 cup Walnuts, finely chopped

• 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract

• 1/3 cup Powdered Sugar plus extra for dusting

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a bowl mix the flour, salt and walnuts, Set aside.

In a bowl of stand mixer, beat the butter, vanilla extract, powdered sugar until creamy. Add in the flour mixture, beat well combined.

Firm the dough in a ball and roll each ball in powdered sugar

Place on baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes or light brown.

Cool for 10 minutes and place in airtight container.
