How To Make Caramel Cake with Caramel Icing

Ingredients:

Cake:

• 1 cup Self Rising Flour

• 1/2 Unsalted Butter, softened

• 1 cup Granulated Sugar

• 2 Eggs

• 1 tbsp. Vanilla Extract

• 1/4 cup Milk

• 1/2 tbsp. Vegetable Oil

Caramel Icing:

• 2 cups Powdered Sugar

• 1 cup Brown Sugar

• 4 Eggs, room temperature

• 1/4 cup Milk

• 1/2 cup Butter, cubed

Instructions:

Cake:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and greased three cake pans with cooking spray.

In a bowl of stand mixer, add in flour, sugar, granulated sugar, beat well. Now add in the milk, vanilla extract, oil and add in the eggs one at time, beat well combined.

Pour the cake batter into three cake pans and bake for 45 minutes until toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let it cool for 10 minutes before icing.

Caramel Icing:

In a mixing bowl, mix together all icing ingredients until combined.

Assemble:

Lay one cake layer on cake platter, frost it and lay second cake layer on top, frost it. Then add third cake
