The cornbread is made with cornmeal, flour, sugar and eggs, buttermilk, oil.
Why does cornbread fall apart while baking?
If you’re using less flour then normal recipe cause for and the cornbread will fall apart while baking and it won’t be moist cornbread.
How To Make Sweet Cornbread
Ingredients:
• 2 cup Cornmeal
• 1/2 cup Self Rising Flour
• 2 tbsp. Sugar
• 1 cup Buttermilk
• 2 Eggs
• 1 tsp. Vegetable Oil
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and greased a rectangular baking dish with cooking spray.
In a mixing bowl, mix cornbread, flour and sugar together. Add in the buttermilk, eggs and oil, beat well combined.
Pour the cornbread batter in a rectangular baking pan and bake for 45 minutes until light golden brown. Let it cool for 10 minutes before serving.
