Chocolate Pie

Chocolate pie is filled with chocolate in a pie crust and top with cool whip.

The chocolate pie filling is made with cocoa powder, baking chocolate and sugar, flour, 2 egg yolks, milk and butter.

What’s the pie crust to use?

You can use a store brought pie crust or homemade pie crust recipe.

How To Make Chocolate Pie

• 4 tbsp. Cocoa Powder

• 4 tbsp. Self Rising Flour

• 2/4 cups Sugar

• 1/2 tbsp. Vanilla Extract

• 1 cup Milk

• 2 Egg Yolks, beaten

• 1 tbsp. Butter

• Store Brought Pie Crust

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and greased a pie pan. Place the pie crust into pie pan.

In a bowl of stand mixer, add in the flour, salt, sugar and butter, beat well. Now add in the vanilla extract, milk and egg yolks, one at time, best until combined.

Pour in filling into the pie crust and bake for 20 minutes until soft peaks and let it cool for 10 minutes before serving with cool whip on top.
