
Ingredients:
Cake:
• 2 cups Self Rising Flour
• 3 Eggs
• 1 cup Milk
• 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
• 1 cup Sugar
• 1/2 cup Vegetable Oil
Chocolate Frosting:
• 1/2 cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
• 1/2 cup Salted Butter, melted
• 3 cups Confectioners’ Sugar
• 7 tbsp. Milk
• 1 tbsp. Vanilla Extract
Instructions:
Cake:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and greased two round cake pans with cooking spray.
In a bowl of stand mixer, add in the flour, vanilla extract, sugar and milk, beat well. Then add in the flour and oil, best well combined.
Pour the cake batter into two cake pans and bake for 45 minutes until toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let it cool for 10 minutes before frosting.
Make the frosting
In a mixing bowl, whisk together frosting ingredients and mix until creamy and fluffy to spread.
Assemble
Place one cake layer on cake platter, frost it and lay the second cake layer
