
Ingredients,:
• 1 lb. Ground Beef
• 1 cup Milk
• 1 can Tomato Paste
• 1 can Diced Tomatoes
• 1 tbsp. Onion Powder
• 1 tbsp. Garlic Powder
• Salt and Black Pepper to taste
• Water for boiling
• 1 package of Elbow Macaroni
Instructions:
In pot of boiling salty water, cook the macaroni until tender, drain.
In a skillet, brown the ground beef, drain off excess grease and place back in the skillet.
Add in the garlic powder, onion powder and tomato paste and diced tomatoes, milk and cheese, stir together and add in the macaroni, let it simmer until thickened and bubbly. Let it cool for 10 minutes before serving.
