Homemade fried dill pickles are so easy to make and crispy.

How do to keep breadcrumbs stay on?

To keep the breadcrumbs on is to dip the pickles in flour, buttermilk and breadcrumbs is steps needed to keep the breadcrumbs falling off.

Can I use egg for the batter?

Don’t use has a substitute for buttermilk. The eggs won’t make the fried dill pickles crispy. Buttermilk will make them crispy.

How to prevent the fried pickles getting soggy

Make sure the oil in the skillet is hot to cooked. Sprinkle a little flour in oil to check if oil is hot to ready cook.


How To Make Fried Dill Pickles

Ingredients:

• 1 jar Dill Pickle Slices

• 1/2 cup Flour

• 1 cup Buttermilk

• 1 cup Panko Breadcrumbs

• 1 tsp. Italian Seasoning

• 2 tsp. Garlic Salt

• Salt and Black Pepper to taste

• 3/4 cup Water

• Vegetable Oil for frying

Instructions:

In a skillet, pour in the oil and let the oil hot to cook.

In there shallow plates, add in the flour in one and second one buttermilk, then third one pour the breadcrumbs.

Now dip pickles into flour, buttermilk and breadcrumbs, follow this steps until completely.

Place breaded pickles into the hot oil skillet, cook in batches and drain off excess grease on paperlined plate.

Place the cooked fried dill pickles on serving platter and add your favorite dish to serve.
