The egg salad is so creamy with mayonnaise and mustard, celery, onions to make in a sandwich.

What’s egg salad made of?

There are only five ingredients to make it with hard boiled eggs, mayonnaise and mustard, salt, black pepper.

How to keep the egg salad from getting soggy?

To help prevent the egg salad to get soggy is to shock eggs in an ice water bath soon egg is done boiling. This will help eggs chill before peeling and cut eggs.

To storage egg salad salad in the fridge in airtight container and it will last to 5 days in the fridge to eat.

To boiled eggs is boil for 8 minutes and in boiling water add salt this help to peel the shells off easier.


How To Make Egg Salad:

Ingredients:

• 4 Hard Boiled Eggs, peeled and diced

• 1/2 cup Diced Onions

• 1/2 cup Mayonnaise

• 2 tbsp. Yellow Mustard

• 1 tsp. Dill Pickle Relish

• Salt and Black Pepper to taste

Instructions:

In saucepan over med high heat, boiling water with salt and boil eggs to boiled. Drain and peel off the shells, diced.

In a bowl, mix together mayonnaise, mustard, pickles and onions, salt, black pepper until combined and add in the eggs. Keep in the fridge until ready to serve.
