Slow Cooker BBQ Chicken

This slow cooker BBQ chicken recipe is so easy to make right in the crockpot.

Yes, you can put raw chicken in the crockpot but you will have cook it longer.

To make sure the chicken is completely done while cooking is on low temperature for 4 hours.

Don’t cook it on high because it will make the chicken very dry and tough.

How to keep the chicken from drying out?

Add just enough liquid to side of the bowl. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours.

How To Make Slow Cooker BBQ Chicken:

Ingredients:

• 4 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast

BBQ Sauce:

• 1 cup Ketchup

• 1/4 cup Worcestershire Sauce

• 3/4 cup Light Brown Sugar

• 3 tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar

• 1 tsp. Salt

Assemble:

• Hamburger Buns

• Pickles

Instructions:

In a saucepan over med high heat, add in all the sauce ingredients and stir, let it simmer until thickened

In a crockpot, add in the chicken breast and pour the bbq sauce over the top.

Let it cook for 4 hours and take the chicken out of the crockpot, place on plate. Use a fork to shredded the chicken and place bake in the crockpot.

Take the buns and make with shredded BBQ chicken, add pickles.
