Creamy Rice Pudding

This rice pudding is creamy with golden raisins and cinnamon.

How To Make Rice Pudding:

Ingredients:

• 1 2/4 cup Cooked Rice

• 2 cups Milk

• 2/4 cup Raisins

• 1 Egg

• 1/2 cup Sugar

• 1 tbsp. Butter

• 1/4 tsp. Vanilla Extract

• 1/2 tsp. Cinnamon

Instructions:

In a saucepan, place the rice, sugar, butter, milk and beaten eggs, stir to combine.

Then add in the cinnamon, vanilla extract and raisins, stir together and let it simmer until creamy and fluffy.

Serve in bowls with sprinkle of cinnamon on top.
