How To Store Potato Salad
Potato salad needs to be stored in the fridge in airtight container for up to 3 days.

Put salt into the boiling water and it will help the shells peel off easier on boiled eggs and run cold water on the boiled eggs while peeling.
How To Make Potato Salad:
Ingredients:
• 4 to 6 Potatoes, peeled and diced
• 1/2 Onions, finely diced
• Green and Yellow Bell Peppers, finely diced
• 2 Boiled Eggs, diced
• 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
• 1 tbsp. Yellow Mustard
• 1/4 tbsp. Pickle Relish
• Salt to taste
• Paprika to sprinkle
Instructions:
In a boiling water pan, cook the potatoes until tender, drain.
In another pot of boiling water with salt to cook the eggs until yolk is set, adrain.
In a bowl, mix together mayonnaise, mustard, pickles and salt, bell peppers to combine. Then add in the eggs and potatoes, mix well combined and sprinkle paprika on top.
Keep the potato salad in the fridge until ready to serve.
