How To Make Strawberry Muffins:

Ingredients:

• 1lb. Fresh Strawberries, stem removed and chopped

• 1 cup Self Rising Flour

• 1/4 cup Sugar

• 1/4 cup Milk

• 1 Egg

• 1/2 cup Vegetable Oil

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and greased a muffin pan with cooking spray. Line muffin pan with cupcake liners.

In a mixing bowl, beat together with electric mixer, egg and milk. Then add in flour, sugar and strawberries, mix well combined.

Pour the batter into each muffin tin and bake for 25 minutes until light golden brown. Let it cool for 10 minutes before serving.
