Southern Pecan Loaf Bread

This pecan loaf bread is moist and filled with pecans in loaf pan.

How To Make Southern Pecan Loaf Bread:

Ingredients:

• 1 cup Self Rising Flour

• 4 Eggs

• 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract

• 1 cup Sugar

• 1 cup Brown Sugar

• 3 cup Pecans, chopped

• 1 cup Vegetable Oil

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and greased a loaf pan with cooking spray.

In a bowl of stand mixer, add in flour, sugar, brown sugar and vanilla extract, beat well. Add in the eggs one at time and oil, pecans, mix well.

Pour the batter into a loaf pan and bake for 45 minutes until light golden brown. Let it cool for 10 minutes before serving.
