Potato Wedges

These potato wedges are crispy and seasoned with garlic, onion powder, salt, black pepper.

How To Make Potato Wedges:

• 4 Potatoes, cut wedges

• 1 tsp. Salt

• 1 tsp. Garlic Powder

• 1 tsp. Onion Powder

• Salt and Black Pepper to taste

• Vegetable Oil for frying

Instructions:

In a mixing bowl, add garlic powder, onion powder, salt and black pepper, mix well combined. Place the potato wedges in seasoning and coated it in season mix on both sides.

Heat an deep fryer with oil until hot to cook, place coated potato wedges into hot oil and cook until tender and crispy. Place on paperlined plate to drain excess grease off. Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
