Cabbage Rolls

These cabbage rolls is the perfect dish and filled with beef, rice are baked in cabbage roll topped with tomato sauce.

How To Make Cabbage Rolls:

Ingredients:

• 1 Head of Cabbage

• 1lb. Ground Beef

• 1 can Tomato Sauce, divided

• 1 can Diced Tomatoes, undrained

• 1/4 cup Uncooked Rice

• 1 Onion, chopped

• Salt and Black Pepper to taste

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and greased a baking dish with cooking spray.

In a saucepan, add to tomato sauce and diced tomatoes, salt, black pepper, let it simmer until thickened.

In a skillet, cook ground beef and onions, drain off excess grease.

Add the beef in the sauce, combined well.

Spread half tomato sauce on bottom of the baking dish. Layer cabbage leaf im a surface and spoon the beef mixture into the cabbage leaf , roll up tightly. Place in the baking dish on top of the sauce.

Bake for 1 hour and 25 hours until cabbage rolls are tender and sauce is bubbly hot. Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
