
How To Make Strawberry Meringue
Ingredients:
• 4 Eggs Whites, at room temperature
• 1 cup Sugar
• 3 tbsp. Strawberry Jello Gelatin Mix
• 1 tsp. Cream of Tartar
• Salt to taste
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 225 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl of stand mixer , add in the egg whites beat in med high speed, add in the tartar and salt, beat until soft peaks.
Now add in the sugar and jello and beat until stiff peaks form.
Use a pipe bag and pipe out the meringue on baking sheet.
Bake for 1 hour and turn them over during baking time. Let it cool for 10 minutes. Store in airtight container.
