Fried Chicken Sandwich

This sandwich is so good with fried chicken with lettuce, tomato in a hamburger buns.

How To Make Fried Chicken Sandwich:

Ingredients:

• 4 Boneless Chicken Breast

• 1 cup Flour

• 2 Eggs

• 1 cup Buttermilk

• 1/2 tsp .Onion Powder

• 1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder

• 1/2 tsp. Chili Powder

• Salt and Black Pepper to taste

• Vegetable Oil for frying

• Hamburger Buns

• Condiments: Mayonnaise, Ketchup

• Toppings: Lettuce and Tomato

Instructions:

Preheat a fry daddy with oil and let oil get hot to cook.

Take the chicken breast out of the package and wash, pat dry with paper towel. Place in a bowl season the chicken breast with onion powder, garlic powder, chili powder, salt and black pepper coated both sides of chicken.

Place buttermilk in one bowl and in another bowl egg, beaten and another bowl pour in the flour.

Now take the chicken breast dip in the buttermilk, egg and flour. Repeat this steps until chicken is ready for frying.

Place chicken breast into the fry daddy in batches and cook until chicken is done. Take chicken out of the grease and place on paperlined plate to drain off excess grease and let it cool for 5 minutes.

Assemble the sandwich: Place the bottom bun on a plate spread mayonnaise, ketchup and then add chicken breast, lettuce, tomato and place hamburger bun on top. Serve.
