Cornbread

This cornbread is so moist and golden brown.

How To Make Cornbread:

Ingredients:

• 1 cup Self Rising Flour

• 1 cup Cornmeal

• 1/4 cup Sugar

• 1 cup Buttermilk

• 2 Eggs

• 1 tsp. Vegetable Oil

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and greased a round pan or cast iron skillet with flour, oil.

In a mixing bowl, add in the flour, cornmeal and sugar, stir. Then add in buttermilk and eggs, mix well combined.

Pour batter into cast iron skillet and bake for 45 minutes until light golden brown. Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
