Beef Stew

This beef stew is filled with beef, veggies in a creamy sauce.

How To Make Beef Stew:

Ingredients:

• 1lb. Beef Tips

• 4 – 6 Potatoes, peeled and diced

• 4 Carrots, peeled and diced

• 1 Onion, diced

• 3 cup Water

• 1 packet of Beef Stew Season Mix

• Salt and Black Pepper to taste

• 1 cup Flour

• Cooking Oil for frying

Instructions:

In a bowl add flour and salt, black pepper, mix well. Place beef tips in the flour mixture coated both sides.

Place the coated in a skillet with hot oil, browned and cook the beef tips in batches. Place on a paperlined plate to drain off excess greased.

In a stockpot, in the potatoes, carrots and onions, water bring to a boil and add in the beef stew season mixture, simmer, stirring occasionally and then add in the cooked beef tips, cook together for 35 minutes until veggies are tender and sauce is thickened.

Serve beef stew in bowls with crackers or slice bread.
