
How To Make Beef Enchiladas:
Ingredients:
• 1lb. Ground Beef
• 2 cans Enchilada Sauce
• 1 packet Taco Seasoning Mix
• 1 tsp. Chili Powder
• 1 can Diced Green Chiles, drained.
• 1/4 cup Water
• 1 Onion, diced
• Salt to taste
• 3 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
• 8 Soft Tortillas
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and greased a baking dish with cooking spray.
In a skillet, cook ground beef and onions until done, drain off excess greased. Place in the same skillet, add in taco seasoning, chili powder and green chilies, salt, water, stir together and simmer until hot and bubbly hot.
Spread 1/4 cup of enchilada sauce in the bottom in the baking dish and lay out tortillas on surface and spoon beef mixture in each one, roll it tightly. Place tortilla roll into baking dish on to of enchilada sauce. Spoon the rest of enchilada sauce on top and sprinkle cheese on top.
Bake for 45 minutes until tortilla light brown and sauce is thickened, cheese is melted. Let it cool for 10 minutes before serving.
