Coconut Cake

Coconut Cake is moist and flavored with coconut for dessert.

How To Make It:

Ingredients:

• 1 box Of White Cake Mix

• 3 Eggs

• 1 cup Water

• 1/3 cup Vegetable Oil

• 16 oz. Sour Cream

• 15 oz. Cream of Coconut

• 1 block of Cream Cheese

• 2 tbsp. Coconut Extract

Frosting:

• 16 oz. Cream Cheese

• 3 tbsp. Milk

• 2 lbs. Powered Sugar

• 2 tsp. Coconut Extract

• 3 bags Frozen Coconut

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and greased two cake pans with flour and oil.

In a bowl of stand mixer , add in the cake mix, eggs and water, oil, mix well. Then add in the sour cream, cream of coconut, coconut extract. Beat well combined.

Pour cake batter into two cake pans and bake for 35 minutes until toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let it cool for 10 minutes before frosting.

Frosting:

In a bowl, combined all the ingredients and mix well.

Assemble:

Place one cake layer on cake stand and frost it. Place second cake layer on top, frost it. Keep in refrigerator until ready to serve.
