Blueberry Crumble

Blueberry crumble is filled with blueberries with a crumble is a sweet dessert.

How To Make Blueberry Crumble:

Instructions:

• 4 cups Frozen Blueberries, thawed

• 1 cup Granulated Sugar, divided

• 2 tbsp. Cinnamon

• 1/4 cup Cornstarch

• 1/4 tsp. Vanilla Extract

• 2 tbsp. Fresh Lemon Juice from one Lemon

• 1/2 tsp. Fresh Lemon Zest from one Lemon

• 1/2 cup Cold Butter

• 1/2 cup Sugar

• 2 tbsp. Brown Sugar

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and greased a baking dish with cooking spray.

In a mixing bowl, mix together blueberries, granulated sugar, cinnamon, vanilla extract, lemon juice and lemon zest, cornstarch and brown sugar until combined. Pour into bottom of the baking dish.

Make the crumble: In a bowl, mix together flour, salt and sugar, add in the butter, until is crumble form.

Pour the crumble onto the top of blueberries filling and bake for 45 minutes until light golden brown and bubbly hot. Let it cool for 10 minutes before serving.
