
How To Make It:
Ingredients:
• 1lb. Ground Beef
• 2 cans Tomato Sauce
• 2 cans Diced Tomatoes
• 1/2 cup Beef Broth
• 3 tsp. Minced Garlic
• 1 Yellow Onion, Diced
• 1 tsp. Italian Seasoning
• 2 cups Water
• Salt and Black Pepper to taste
• 1 cup Elbow Macaroni
• 1/2 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Instructions:
In pot of boiling water, cook macaroni until al dente, drain.
In a skillet, cook ground beef, minced garlic and onion, Italian seasoning, salt, black pepper until done, drain off excess grease.
In a pot add the beef mixture and macaroni. Add cans tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, water. Sprinkle in cheese, stir, simmer until cheese is melted.
Serve in a bowl.
