Snickerdoodle Cookies

These snickerdoodle cookies are classic chewy cookie

How To Make Snickerdoodle:

Ingredients:

• 3 cups Self Rising Flour

• 2 tsp. Cream of Tarter

• 1 and 1/2 tsp. Ground Cinnamon

• 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract

• 1/2 cup Shortening

• 2 Eggs

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and greased a cookie sheet .

In a bowl, beat the flour, sugar and cinnamon, mix well. Then add in vanilla extract, cream of tartar and shortening, eggs one at time.

Use a cookie scoop, scoop the cookie dough onto cookie sheet separate apart from one another.

Bake for 10 minutes until light golden brown and let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
