Pepper Steak

This pepper steak is filled with sliced of flank steak, onions, bell peppers to serve over rice.

How To Make Pepper Steak:

• 1lb. Flank Steak, thinly sliced

• 1/4 cup Soy Sauce

• 3 tbsp. Brown Sugar

• 1 tbsp. Cornstarch

• 2 tbsp. Vegetable Oil

• 1/2 cup Sliced Onions

• 1/2 cup Sliced Bell Peppers, Green and Red

• 3 Cloves Garlic, minced

• 1 tbsp. Freshly Minced Ginger

2 tbsp. Vegetable Oil, divided

• Salt and Black Pepper to taste

Instructions:

In a bowl, stir together soy sauce, sugar and cornstarch, mix well. Set aside.

In a skillet heat 1 tbsp. oil and add flank steak, season with salt and black pepper to taste. Cook until cook through is seared on both sides. Remove and place on paperlined plate drain off excess grease.

In the skillet add oil and bell peppers, cook until tender. Add garlic, and ginger, cook until soft. Place the steak in the skillet and pour the sauce over steak, let it simmer for 2 minutes. Serve over rice, if desired.
