
How To Make Homemade Biscuits

The Ingredients:
• Self-Rising Flour
• Cold Butter
• Salt
• Buttermilk
The Instructions:
• In a bowl of stand mixer with dough hook attachment, add in the flour, butter, salt and pour in the buttermilk, mix well until combined a dough form.
• Place the dough on a floured surface and roll out the dough. Use a biscuit cutter to cut out round circle. Place the biscuits on parchment paper lined baking sheet and cover with plastic wrap, place the biscuit dough while making the chicken filling.
How To Make Chicken Filling Mixture

The Ingredients:
• Shredded Chicken
• Frozen Mixed Vegetables
• Chicken Broth
• Milk
• Flour
• Milk
• Butter
• Salt and Black Pepper
The Instructions
• In a mixing bowl, add in the ingredients and mix well, pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
• Top with biscuits and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes until bubbly hot and biscuits is golden brown.
The Substitutions:
• Homemade Biscuits – You can use canned biscuits for this recipe.
• Shredded Chicken – You can use shredded turkey in this recipe.
• Frozen Mixed Vegetables – You can use canned mixed veggies in this recipe.
Chicken Pot Pie With Biscuits

Ingredients:
Filling:
• 2 cups Shredded Cooked Chicken
• 1 3/4 cup Chicken Broth
• 1/2 cup Milk
• 1/2 cup Butter
• 1/3 cup Flour
• 2 cups Frozen Mixed Vegetables, thawed
• Salt and Black Pepper to taste
Biscuit Topping:
• 2 cup Self Rising Flour
• 1/2 tsp. Salt
• 3/4 cup Cold Butter
• 3/4 cup Buttermilk
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees and greased a square baking dish.
2. In a mixing bowl flour and butter, whisk together. Add in milk, broth, chicken, salt, black pepper, mix well combined.
3. Pour in a baking dish.
Biscuit Topping:
1. In a mixing bowl, add in the flour and butter, work with clean hands mix well together. Add in the buttermilk and stir with your hands to mix together.
2. In a floured surface place dough on and roll it out with a rolling pin to flat the dough out. Take a biscuit cutter dip in flour and cut out dough in circle. Place on top of the filling.
3. Bake for 45 minutes until biscuit are golden brown and filling is heat through. Let it cool for 5 minutes before serving.
