Pecan Pie Bars

These pecan pie bars are sweet and salty filled with pecans,

How To Make Pecan Pie Bars:

Ingredients:

• 3 cups Flour

• 1/4 cup Sugar

• 1 1/2 cups Corn Syrup

• 3 tbsp. Unsalted Butter

• 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract

• 1/2 tsp. Salt

• 4 Eggs

• 2 cups Chopped Pecans

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and greased a baking pan with cooking spray.

In a bowl of stand mixer , add in flour, sugar, salt, vanilla extract and corn syrup, beat well. Add in butter, egg one at time, mix well. Pour in the pecans, beat well.

Pour pecan mixture into baking pan and bake for 20 minutes. Let it cool for 10 minutes before serving.
