Chocolate Cupcake

Chocolate cupcake is moist and flavored with chocolate, topped with chocolate frosting.

How To Make Chocolate Cupcake:

Instructions:

Cake:

• 1 1/4 cups Self-Rising Flour

• 1 cup Granulated Sugar

• 1/4 cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder

• 3 tbsp. Butter, softened

• 2 Eggs

• 1 tsp. Vanilla

• 1 cup Milk

Frosting:

• 2 cups Sweetened Chocolate Chips

• 4 tbsp. Heavy Whipping Cream or Milk

• 1/2 cup Confectioners’ Sugar

• 1/2 cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and greased cupcake muffin pan with cooking spray.

In a bowl of stand mixer , add in the flour, cocoa powder and granulated sugar, mix well. Then add in the butter, vanilla, milk and eggs one at time. Beat well combined. Pour batter into in cupcake pan.

Bake for 45 minutes and let cool for 10 minutes.

Frosting:

In a microwave safe bowl, add in all the ingredients and microwave for 4 minutes until chocolate melted, stirring occasionally.

Assembly:

Frost each cupcake with chocolate frosting and garnish with chocolate. Serve
