Broccoli Cheese Soup

Broccoli cheese soup creamy, cheesy and serve in bread bowl.

How To Make Broccoli Cheese Soup:

Ingredients:

• 3 cups Broccoli Florets

• 1 Onion, diced

• 1/4 cup Flour

• 1/4 cup Butter

• 2 cups Milk

• 1 cup Chicken Broth

• 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese

• Salt and Black Pepper to taste

• 4 Small Round Bread Loaves, cut top of off, spoon out some of bread inside.

Instructions:

In a stock pot over med high heat, melt the butter, add in the onions and garlic saute for 6 minutes until tender.

Pour in the broccoli and broth, salt and black pepper, simmer until 10 minutes.

Add in the flour, cheese and milk, simmer, stirring occasionally until thickened.

In a small bread bowl, spoon the soup into bowl. Serve.
