Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

These oatmeal raisin cookies is soft and chewy.

How To Make Oatmeal Raisin Cookies:

Ingredients:

• 1 cup Self Rising Flour

• 1 cup Old Fashioned Rolled Oats

• 1 cup Raisins

• 1/2 tsp. Ground Cinnamon

• 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract

• 1/4 tsp. Salt

• 1/2 cup Light Brown Sugar

• 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter, softened

• 1 Egg, at room temperature

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray a cookie pan with cooking spray.

In a bowl of a stand up mixer , add in flour, ground Cinnamon, salt, oats, raisin, brown sugar beat until well combined.

Now add in vanilla extract and egg, slowly beaten in with dry ingredients.

Use a cookie scoop to scoop cookie dough onto the cookie pan separately them.

Bake for 12 minutes until light golden brown than transfer cookies onto a wire rack to cool completely.
