Caramel Cake

Caramel Cake is a homemade soft and moist cake with homemade caramel icing for a delicious dessert.

How To Make Caramel Cake:

Ingredients:

Cake:

• 3 cups Self Rising Flour

• 3 cups Sugar

• 1/2 tsp. Salt

• 1 stick Unsalted Butter

• 5 Eggs

• 1 cup Milk

• 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract

Caramel Icing:

• 1 can Condensed Milk

Instructions:

Cake:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and greased two round cake pans with cooking spray.

In a bowl of stand up mixer add the flour, sugar, salt, mix well combined.

Then add in egg, milk, vanilla extract and butter, beat until all combined well blended.

Pour cake batter into 3 cake pans and bake for 45 minutes. Take cakes out of the oven and let cool for 10 minutes.

Icing:

Put a can of condensed milk into microwave safe bowl and put in the microwave cook for 4 minutes, stirring.

Assembly:

Place one of cake on a cake stand and spread 1/2 of icing on cake. Place the second cake on top 1 cake. Spread the icing on the cake and spread icing on third layer cake.

Serve the caramel cake with vanilla ice cream.
