Strawberry Jello Pretzel Salad

Strawberry Jello Pretzel Salad is easy to make with few ingredients to make it sweet and salty dessert.

How To Make Strawberry Jello Pretzel Salad:

• 1 box of Strawberry Jello

• 1 lb. Fresh Strawberries, hulled and sliced

• 2 cups Salted Pretzels, crushed

• 3 tbsp. Sugar plus 1 cup sugar, divided

• 8 oz. Cream Cheese, softened

• 6 tbsp. Unsalted Butter

• 2 cups Boiling Water

• 1 container of Cool Whip, thawed

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a mixing bowl add in strawberry Jello, strawberry and boiling water, stir until dissolved. Place in the refrigerator for 2 hour until set firm.

In another mixing bowl, add in pretzels, butter and 3 tbsp. sugar. Press on the bottom baking dish and bake for 10 minutes. Let it cool for 15 minutes.

In a bowl of stand up mixer add in cream cheese, cool whip and 1 cup sugar. Spread over the crust. Cover and refrigerator until cool.

Pour Jello on top of crust/filling mixture. Refrigerator it for 6 hours until firm. Serve
