Chicken Parmesan

Chicken Parmesan is a dish with breaded chicken breast covered in tomato sauce and mozzarella cheese over pasta.

How To Make Chicken Parmesan:

Ingredients:

• 4 Skinless Boneless Chicken Breast Halves

• 2 Eggs

• 1 cup Plain Breadcrumbs

• 2 Tbsp. Flour

• 1 can of Tomato Sauce

• 1/4 cup Parmesan, divided

• 1/4 cup Chopped Fresh Basil

• 2 tbsp. Oil

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and greased a baking dish .

In a bowl crack eggs into and whisk. In another bowl add in breadcrumbs and then another bowl add in parmesan.

Lay out chicken breast on a cutting board and use a meat mallet to beat each chicken on each side to flat.

Now dip each chicken into the eggs, breadcrumbs and parmesan.

In a hot oil in skillet cook chicken about 2 minutes on each side. Not cook through but browned on both sides.

Place the chicken into a baking dish and pour tomato sauce on to each chicken and sprinkle parmesan.

Bake for 15 minutes until bubbly and cheese melted.

Served over pasta, if desired.
